Dojo invites aspiring karetakas
New applicants are welcome to register with the Pan-African Karate-Do Federation. Registration will be on January 15.

The Pan-African Shotokan Karate-Do Federation recently hosted its last dojo grading for all its students who have advanced to the next belt grading.
A grade represents that a student has reached a competent level with their current techniques and is ready to move on to learn and develop more advanced techniques and skill sets.
With the new-year plan set in motion, the federation has resumed classes and invites anyone interested in joining.
New group classes for cadets are on Mondays from 16:00 to 17:00.
Senior classes for black and brown belts are on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 17:00 to 18:45 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 10:30.
Children’s classes are on Saturdays from 10:30 to 11:30. Registration for new students will be on January 15 at 09:30.
The dojo is on 197 Nigel Road, Selcourt.
