Springs Home Sweepers FC girls to be part of the national team

Rethabile Molefe and Nomfundo Innocentia Motaung were selected to be part of the national U17 soccer team.

Kwatsaduza – Two Springs Home Sweepers soccer players were selected to be part of the U17 South African Women’s National Team for the World Cup qualifier match.

Rethabile Molefe and Nomfundo Innocentia Motaung are preparing to travel to Ethiopia for the first-leg game on February 3.

Springs Home Sweepers FC technical director Mkhonza Mkhonzana said he couldn’t be more proud of how far the girls had come.

“They have put in the work and been disciplined and dedicated. This really shows that one can achieve a lot if they put their mind to it,” he said.
