Kwa-Thema – Kwa-Thema women’s cricket team took on the Vosloorus women’s cricket team on Saturday at the Prince Thethe Oval in Kwa-Thema.
Kwa-Thema won by 165 runs after they won the toss and elected to bat first, scoring 230 runs after 35 overs.
Siphokuhle Masilela batted 107 runs and was not out by the end of the game. She came in at three.
Meanwhile, also in Kwa-Thema, the Kwa-Thema Coltz took on the Katlehong Coltz on Sunday. Kwa-Thema won the toss and elected to bat.
Kwa-Thema scored 123 runs all out after 26 overs and Katlehong was all out at 77 runs after 21 overs.
Kwa-Thema won by 46 runs.
