For him, coaching extends beyond preparing a team for match day.
“My philosophy centres on developing players, creating opportunities and helping footballers reach their potential.
“My experience across different clubs and competitions has exposed me to players at various stages of their careers and required me to adapt to different football environments.
“My involvement with Mighty Mega Force FC in the Mpumalanga Vodacom League, African All Stars FC in the ABC Motsepe League, and Valencia FC and XI Experience FC across SAB and ABC Motsepe football has contributed to my understanding of the South African football development pathway,” he explained.
“I believe that grassroots and semi-professional football play an important role in creating opportunities for players while strengthening communities through sport.”
For Mosia, success is therefore not measured only by results, wins or trophies, but also by the growth of players and the opportunities they gain through football.

His coaching journey has also reinforced his belief that football development requires patience, structure and consistency.
As he continues working towards his CAF C Licence, Mosia’s focus remains on improving his technical knowledge and becoming a better coach and developer.
His journey from grassroots football through to higher levels of the South African football pyramid reflects a commitment to learning and contributing to the development of the game.
“The legacy extends beyond the touchline; it is about the players I am developing, the opportunities I help create and the communities that benefit from football.”
