Carnival will bring of colour to the city
It will begin on December 6 at 9am at the Langaville Secondary School.

Ekurhuleni Metro’s annual carnival parade is set to create a mega spectacle on the streets of Tsakane and KwaThema next weekend.
Thousands of people are expected to partake in this year’s rendition to showcase their costumes, singing, dancing and entertaining the masses.
The carnival parade will begin on December 6 at 9am at the Langaville Secondary School in Black Road, Tsakane and then go to Bulithando Park situated in Kgaswane Street, KwaThema to culminate with stage performances by artists.
“The carnival is important because it encourages citizenry participation and it addresses the issue of skills development and job creation for artists such as costume designers, choreographers and crafters,” says Ekurhuleni Metro spokesperson Themba Gadebe.
