Watch: ‘Flippers’, there’s an elephant seal in the street!
See the incredible moment an elephant seal decided to explore the streets of Gordon's Bay.
Why did the elephant seal cross the road? To get to the other side (of Gordon’s Bay), of course.
Residents of the Western Cape harbour town got a surprise this morning when an elephant seal found its way into a residential area.
According to a post on the Cape of Good Hope SPCA’s Facebook page, inspectors were on-site on Sir Lowry’s Pass Road with a ‘safe and stress-free plan’ to relocate the unexpected visitor.
