Operation warning takes shape in Alberton North

Ward 37 was almost covered from point to point as all illegalities were shut down by Ekurhuleni officials, EMPD, SAPS and Councillor Bruna Haipel, all lead by CCA Manager Stephen Nowatha.

ALBERTON NORTH – On April 11 numerous business owners operating illegally were warned with notices or fined since they have already received official notices.

All illegal businesses, power points, signage or any illegal activities were brought to a halt, when the convoy of vehicles travelled throughout Alberton North.

A truckload of advertising boards were confiscated, including illegal business signage.

Although the project was a spontaneous act, all who were involved did a profound job in making sure that any person involved in acts of crime knew that they were being watched.

Councillor Haipel also mentioned that she would look into the system regarding dilapidated or unfinished buildings in order to improve Ward 37.
