WOULD-BE hijackers tried to hijack an Uber vehicle on January 15 in Brackendowns, Alberton.
According to Justin Steenberg, friends were being dropped off at his house in the early hours of the morning on Sunday. In the video footage you can clearly see a white 5 Series BMW with two to three occupants armed with firearms. The Uber driver reacted immediately and drove the friends away from danger.
CPS Security urges residents to keep their eyes open for the BMW and to contact them on 011 024 2426. If this vehicle is spotted in your area, please contact their control room.
The video has been shared on social media and more than 8 000 people have already watched it.
