A MAN was arrested after he was spotted climbing over a wall by a CPS Security reaction officer.
This took place on September 26 in Valsbaai Street in Elandshaven. The suspect fled on foot when he saw the officer but was later caught and arrested.
Bricks were stacked against the wall in order to climb over. The suspect is detained at Alberton SAPS.
