UPDATE: Woman attacked and robbed at Lemon Tree Shopping Centre

The suspects fled direction Alrode with an undisclosed amount of money.

A woman was robbed undisclosed amount of money at Lemon Tree Shopping Centre parking after she withdrew cash from Mall at New Market on Monday afternoon, September 16.

According to Fox Security,  Elowayne Gouws,  a woman went to withdraw money from a bank in Mall at New Market and when she tried to find parking at Lemon Tree Shopping Centre, three armed men attacked her.

She was hit in the head and apparently almost drove her over. The lady was badly hurt during the robbery and was attended by Fox Medic and Medihelp EMS.

The suspects fled direction Alrode with an undisclosed amount of money.

A case of armed robbery has been opened at Alberton SAPS.
