THE couple accused of the murder of Gert Hitzeroth appeared briefly in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’ Court on October 9.
The case was once again postponed due to a request from the defence for more information and documents they are still looking for from the State.
They will appear again on November 6 for the continuation of the pretrial proceedings.
