Mother of three, Joanne Swartbooi briefly reappeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on June 8.
Swartbooi is accused of killing her boyfriend, Timothy Jacobs, with a baseball bat and burning his body.
The 36-year-old Eden Park mother, who faces a charge of murder, is expected to reappear in Palm Ridge on June 20.
During her next appearance, she will be provided with a regional court date ahead of her trial.
She remains in custody after she was denied bail. The accused has also denied the allegations against her.
