Dads enjoy time with little ones

As part of De Little Stars Daycare and Aftercare’s Father’s Day celebration, dads and father figures had a blast with little ones at the New Redruth School.

Fathers at the school had a fun-filled day with little ones as they competed in several games as a way of bonding with their little ones and a team-building with other parents.

They took part in obstacle courses with the intent to develop children’s gross motor skills.

Some of the games played on the day comprised egg-and-spoon races as well as sac and a three-legged race.

The school principal Lenda Sibanyoni said this was a wonderful way for parents to spend time with their children ahead of Father’s Day which is annually celebrated at the school
