Alberton SAPS launches manhunt for two killers

Alberton SAPS station commander pleads with the community to help them find allegedly two suspects who kill beings for no reason.

Alberton SAPS warns residents to be extra vigilant because they are looking for individuals who are allegedly going around shooting and killing people without taking any of their belongings.

This warning comes after numerous mutilated bodies have been found in the greater Alberton community.

According to Alberton’s station commander, Colonel Olven Letloenyane, this act is mostly associated with people who “just enjoy seeing people suffer because they do not take anything from the victims.

“With the investigations that have been conducted recently it shows that there are two culprits who wear balaclavas during these incidents. Recent bodies were found on the Day of Reconciliation and again, in this incident, nothing was taken from the victims as we found them with all their belongings,” said Letloenyane.

Letloenyane advised people to be careful when they travel in the streets, and they should tell their loved ones about their whereabouts so as not to become the victims of this illicit act.

“We plead with the community to help us fight this act in our area. If someone might have information regarding who these criminals are, we urge them to come forward and report these people because it seems like they are on a mission of taking more innocent lives,” said Letloenyane.

“May everyone stay safe during this season and genuinely take care of themselves,” Letloenyane concluded.
