Brogan Taylor to represent South Africa in Zimbabwe and Croatia
Trinityhouse Glenvista is extremely proud of Brogan Taylor, the school's first professional Protea athlete.
Trinityhouse Glenvista learner Brogan Taylor was selected as number one in South Africa at the Karate Western Cape League on April 16 to represent the country at Region 5 in Zimbabwe, African games and the Croatia Youth Cup which will take place in May and June this year.
The 18-year-old was awarded national colours, a green and a gold blazer, a tie, a tracksuit, shorts and a T-shirt.
Marketing manager Thando Mashinini said the school is proud and wishes her the very best.
“This is an exceptional achievement, especially the fact that last year was her first year of competing professionally and to win on a national level and obtain her national colours in a year is exceptional,” said Mashinini.
Anyone willing to sponsor her dream may contact her mother, Leigh-Ann Taylor on 082 356 6751.
