La Rochelle Health Expo 2023 promotes health and empower communities

The health and wellness expo educated the community on the importance of healthy lifestyles.

La Rochelle Seventh Day Adventist Church, under the leadership of Sister Sithembile Sigola, a trained medical missionary, hosted a community health expo at Rosettenville Centro Mall on September 17.

The event was from 09:00 to 15:00 and aimed to promote healthy living and provide essential screenings for common diseases, including diabetes, blood pressure, and body mass index (BMI) checks.

The objective of the expo was to facilitate early detection and preventive care, empowering the community to make informed decisions about their health and improve their quality of life.
