Three arrested in Newmarket for a house burglary in Florentia
Local law enforcement entities apprehended three suspects in Swartkoppies Road, Newmarket, for a house burglary in Florentia.
CPS Security along with the Alberton SAPS and Ekurhuleni Trio Task team arrested three suspects for a house burglary in Florentia a few minutes after the incident on March 13.
According to the director of CPS Security, Tyrone van der Merwe, after a house burglary occurred locally, one of their licence plate eecognition cameras detected the wanted vehicle.
“The alert was circulated with our vehicles and the wanted vehicle was located within minutes. The suspects were stopped by our team at a local shopping centre after attempting to sell the suspected stolen goods,” said Van der Merwe.
Narcotics and the vehicle used in the commission of the crime were confiscated by the Alberton SAPS.
