Entries now open for Alberton’s famous pageant
The entries for Mr and Miss Alberton 2023 are officially open.
The Mr and Miss Alberton organisation is looking for young men and women of every shape and size from and around Alberton to join the pageant.
“We are looking for individuals who are bold, fearless leaders willing to use their title to instil change, not only in Alberton but in South Africa,” said Karabo Lerato, organiser.
The journey to becoming Mr and Miss Alberton aims to improve the contestants’ public speaking skills and confidence, improving stage presence and catwalk abilities.
“During the journey, we will have various activities such as seminars, philanthropy work, gym sessions and much more.”
The categories for the pageant are:
• Mr Alberton (ages 16-27)
• Miss Alberton (ages 18-27)
• Miss Alberton Curve (ages 16-27)
• Miss Alberton Teen (ages 13-18)
• Miss Alberton Junior (ages 7-12)
