1st Randhart Scouts raise awareness at Mall at Newmarket
To grow the local scouting club, the 1st Randhart Scouts had a meal in local Spur to make the public to be aware of the club.
The 1st Randhart Scouts visited Little Eagle Spur in Mall at Newmarket to raise awareness of scouting on March 24.
The Scouts booked a table and enjoyed a meal. Many people, including a Spur employee, inquired about Scouts, what it involves, and how to sign their children up. Four troop scouters travelled with the group of 16 Scouts to the Spur.
“1st Randhart would like to give a big thanks to Little Eagle Spur for hosting us,” said Tyler Mwekassa, patrol leader for the Seagulls.
Everyone between the ages of 11 and 18 is welcome to join the 1st Randhart Scouts.
