Alberton detective’s hard work yields great results

Alberton Detective Service branch recently presented Warrant Officer Susan Mokoena with a certificate after a successful conviction.

Roland James was recently convicted on nine charges.

Six of the nine charges were for malicious damage to property and he was sentenced to three years direct imprisonment for each of those crimes, which date back to October 2020.

He also faced three separate charges for theft and he was also sentenced to three years direct imprisonment for each of those crimes, with all charges set to run concurrently.

The Alberton Detective Service branch management has commended the investigating officer, Warrant Officer Susan Mokoena for a job well done, describing her as a dedicated and hardworking officer of the law.
