Funds from Icare Alberton Golf Day keep two local entities going

Funds raised at the Icare Alberton golf day were donated to two local charities, Stepping Stone Hospice and Alberton Child Welfare.

Icare Alberton recently handed over a donation to two local charities following their recent golf day at the Reading Country Club.

Stepping Stone Hospice and Alberton Child Welfare received R55 000 each to keep their doors open to the public.

Local companies and golfers sponsored the golf day, which included Buff and Fellow, Carl Zeiss, Checkers Hyper NewMarket, Claude Barnes Accounting, Dreycor, Food Lovers NewMarket, Greenfield Guesthouse, Incredible Connection NewMarket, Labour Solve, Luxottica, Milwaukee, Moscon Optics, Protective Force, Raceview Motors, RocoMamas NewMarket, Rudy Project, Rugani Juice, Swagga Breweries, Weber and Van Vuuren Dentists, and Webshure.

Icare Alberton thanked everyone who made the day a success.
