Stepping Stone Hospice hosts Tree of Light event

Stepping Stone Hospice held its yearly tree-lighting ceremony to recognise, celebrate, and remember those who have passed away.

According to the organisation, the tree represents a ray of strength, hope, and a declaration of life. Families gathered to celebrate their loved ones as a means of remembrance and showing respect to them.

Individuals at the event wrote messages on paper and pasted them on the Tree of Light.

Funds from the purchases of the globes support hospice patients and families.
