Second suspect arrested in Randhart double homicide investigation
He is expected to appear at Palmridge Magistrate's Court on January 15.
In a significant development, a second suspect has been apprehended in connection with the tragic double homicide of Nadine Terblanche and her son, Ruandré Vorster who was murdered in Langenhoven Street in Randhart on November 27, 2023.
According to a reliable source, the arrested individual is believed to have close ties to the family.
The suspect is scheduled to remain in custody over the weekend and is anticipated to make a court appearance at the Palmridge Magistrate Court on Monday.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Mavela Masondo, an investigation led to the arrest of a 34-year-old man who is known to the deceased.
“The second suspect was arrested in Alberton on Friday, January 12,” said Lieutenant Col Masondo.
He is expected to appear at Palmridge Magistrate’s Court on January 15.
