Alberton High School girls participate in the U19 badminton open tournament
Three girls from Alberton High School attended the badminton tournament that recently took place at Bloemfontein.
Three learners from Alberton High School participated in the U19 badminton open tournament in Bloemfontein on February 24.
The learners performed exceptionally well in tournament.
Kirsty Correia won the ladies-doubles and won the doubles plate.
Melinda and Kiara Jaskolka were runners-up in the ladies-doubles.
The school wished them a continued success on courts.
Kirsty is set to participate in the SA Schools and SA U19 Championships later this year.
