The community is invited to Alberton Child Welfare’s annual general meeting to be held on August 15 at 18:00 at Alberton Child Welfare, 43 1st Avenue, Alberton North.

All participants are requested to be present and be on time. During the meeting, the entity will confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.

The treasurer will consider and approve the financial status of the organisation for the financial year ending February 2022.

The agenda will also see a report by the chairperson, a report by the director, the appointment of auditors and the appointment of the board of management members.

Any member of the public requiring a copy of the organisation’s February 2022 financial statements and/or minutes of the annual general meeting may request the same from Johan Pretorius at johan@chpcsa.co.za
