Stepping Stone Hospice hosts heartfelt annual Memorial Day

This heartfelt gathering hosted by Stepping Stone Hospice brought together families, friends and caregivers to honour the lives of those who have passed while providing comfort to the bereaved.

The annual ceremony was held in the gardens of the Hospice and the community embraced the spirit of remembrance by bringing along small tokens and messages in memory of their loved one as well as releasing yellow and white balloons into the sky.

This cherished tradition not only celebrates the memories of loved ones but also encourages healing and connection among those navigating the difficult journey of loss.
