The South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG) is launching a brand-new in-person support group tonight, April 16, from 18:30 to 19:00 at The Synergy Centre, 81 Jackson Street in Brackenhurst.

The group is dedicated to anyone going through the emotional aftershocks of a breakup, divorce, or separation.

Whether you’re still reeling from heartbreak or trying to find your feet again, you’re invited to join a confidential, non-judgmental space where you can share, heal, and grow at your own pace.

This initiative is all about connection, recovery, and emotional support — and it’s absolutely free to attend.

The group will be facilitated by Michael, a registered counsellor who understands the importance of community during tough times.
