Tyrone van der Merwe from CPS spoke about the need for these walls, “Criminals scout for entry and exit points in the area to allow easy escapes after committing crimes.
“By blocking off known entry points, we counter their activities.
“This is a significant step forward, thanks to Taller Waller,” said Van der Merwe.
