Learners, teachers and staff strutted their stuff in Crocs when Laerskool Randhart turned a regular school day into a playful celebration of comfort and style.
Laerskool Randhart added flair to the school day by hosting a Crocs Day on June 23.
Learners, teachers and support staff were invited to step out in their favourite pair of Crocs.
The school on Samuel Street in Randhart kept teaching and learning on track while injecting some fun into the day.
Crocs are lightweight, slip-on shoes known for their distinctive hole-riddled design and comfortable fit.
Often described as clogs, they are named after crocodiles, which thrive on land and in water, much like the versatility the footwear is known for.
In a statement, the school said, “The Ranties are crocodiles in the fashion world today, because something beautiful rarely survives when they strike. We cry crocodile tears of joy, a sign of a heart overflowing with gratitude.”
The day highlighted the school’s ability to mix fun with functionality while building spirit and community among its learners.
