Alberton Child Welfare announces upcoming AGM
Alberton Child Welafre will hold its AGM in September to review finances, elect board members and present key reports.
Alberton Child Welfare has officially announced the date for its AGM, inviting stakeholders and community members to attend the organisation’s annual review.
The AGM will take place on September 4 at 18:00 at the Alberton Rugby Club on Elandsfontein Drive, Alberton.
This important meeting will bring together board members, staff and invited guests to reflect on the past financial year and plan for the year ahead.
According to Johan Pretorius, chairperson of the board of management, the meeting will cover a range of key matters.
These include the confirmation of minutes from the previous AGM, the presentation and approval of financial statements for the year ending February 2025, and formal reports from both the chairperson and the director.
The appointment of auditors and the election of new board members will also take place during the session.
