Summerbugs Prep in Brackenhurst was filled with excitement when local firefighters visited the school in their fire engine as part of the school’s Fire Theme.

The young learners had the opportunity to learn more about fire safety and the important role firefighters play in keeping communities safe.

They were also introduced to some of the equipment firefighters use when responding to emergencies.

The children were especially fascinated by the fire engine and enjoyed getting a closer look at the vehicle and its equipment.

The visit provided a fun and educational way for the learners to understand the importance of fire safety while bringing the school’s Fire Theme to life.

Summerbugs Prep thanked the firefighters for taking the time to visit the school and teach the children valuable lessons that they can carry with them.
