Alberton residents urged to donate unwanted items to Hospice
As spring approaches, Stepping Stone Hospice is calling on Alberton residents to turn their unwanted but usable household items into much needed support for local palliative care.
As warmer days approach, residents are being encouraged to spring-clean their homes and donate pre-loved items to support Stepping Stone Hospice’s palliative care services.
The Hospice’s charity shop is calling on households across Alberton to donate unused clothing, furniture, books, crockery and other household goods as part of its seasonal collection drive.
Rather than throwing away items that are still in good condition, residents can give them a second life while helping fund compassionate care for patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses.
The Stepping Stone Hospice Charity Shop, based at Stats Building, 2 Fore Street, New Redruth, relies on donated goods to keep its retail operation running. Proceeds from the shop contribute towards the organisation’s palliative care services.
The charity shop welcomes items in good, clean, and sellable condition, including clothing, furniture, books, crockery, and household goods.
