Windfall enables Alberton SPCA to purchase new vehicles

Alberton SPCA received a blessing in disguise with a large sum of money that was left to the SPCA in a legacy will.
The money could not have come at a better time and the amount received enabled them to purchase two new, much-needed bakkies.
Their previous vehicles were very old and the one bakkie’s engine had blown.
Alberton SPCA manager, Charmaine Joubert, said, “We have been truly blessed with the money left to us.”
To round off the new vehicles and make them the SPCA’s own, Beekman Canopies in Boksburg sponsored a canopy.
Branding and signage for both vehicles were done by Sign Wraps in Benoni, and the tow bars for both vehicles were sponsored by Mark White Nissan and Desmond Wesselman paid for the rubberising.
“Thank you to everyone involved to make this possible,” said Joubert.
