TuesBlue spirit and dance-off ignite school pride at Hoërskool Marais Viljoen High School

Spirit catching, a thrilling dance-off and exceptional enthusiasm set the tone for Alberton’s Hoërskool Marais Viljoen High School.

Learners at Hoërskool Marais Viljoen High School showed exactly what school pride is all about during the second successful TuesBlue event.

The day was packed with energy, enthusiasm and togetherness as the school community came together in true Marais Viljoen style. The highlight of the event was the spirit songs, led by the school’s Grade 12 conductors.

With passion and excitement, they guided learners in a display of unity that set the tone for the day.

Participation across the school was exceptional, with learners embracing the spirit of the occasion wholeheartedly.

Following the spirited start, the excitement shifted to the assembly block, which was temporarily transformed into a vibrant dance floor for the opening of the dance-off fun.

Learners took to the floor and impressed everyone with their display and dancing moves.

The performances brought surprise, cheers and loud support from fellow learners, making it a memorable experience for all.

TuesBlue proved to be more than just an event; it was a celebration of school pride and shared enthusiasm. The overwhelming energy and participation reflect a school community ready to stand together.

All of this forms part of the build-up to the sports matches just around the corner.

If TuesBlue is anything to go by, Marais Viljoen is more than ready to take on the season with pride and passion.
