PUBLIC NOTICE: Public Notice: Inspection of the Supplementary Property Valuation Roll (2025/2026) In terms of section 49(1)(a)(i) of the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act No. 6 of 2004) (“the Act”), notice is hereby given that the supplementary property valuation roll for the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 financial years will be open for public inspection. INSPECTION DETAILS `The valuation roll will be available for inspection at the Lesedi Municipal Offices, Financial Department. `Inspection period: 01/08/2026 to 31/08/2026. OBJECTIONS In terms of section 49(1)(a)(ii) of the Act, any property owner or other interested person may lodge an objection with the Municipal Manager regarding any matter reflected in,or omitted from, the supplementary valuation roll during the inspection period. Please note that each objection must relate to a specific individual property and not to the supplementary valuation roll as a whole.
