We are highly dissatisfied at being billed for illegal dumping; in the first place there is no money because of mismanagement (stealing is the correct word) and people that can’t do their job correctly.
We are living in a country that is filthy; everything just gets dumped and why should we that do pay get charged for the municipality to clean up the streets (that is if and when it happens?) just look around and you will see the filth.
I get so angry to think they can just bill us and we must be satisfied!
What will happen if most of us start dumping anywhere, because the municipality will pick it up as the residents are being billed for illegal dumping, that money will also vanish into thin air.
Maybe we should take our rubbish and dump it on the municipalities door steps and see what happens (can you imagine!).
