Brackendowns resident thanks Ekurhuleni Municipality

I would like to give a shoutout to the City of Ekurhuleni.

There is so much negativity in our lives, that I thought it would be nice to report on the positives.

I reported numerous water leaks and sewerage leaks to the Ekurhuleni Municipality that we had in my area, Brackendowns.

When I called the Ekurhuleni call centre, I have always been spoken to decently and treated with respect.

All leaks that I have reported have been attended to in a two-week period. I also reported potholes in Kremetart Street, and they were repaired last week.

Although they took a long time to repair them, I am more than happy that the potholes were repaired at last, thank you.
