Dear Helen Zille,

I write to you as a proud member of the Alberton area, specifically Ward 94 in Mayberry Park.

Our community is immensely proud to be represented by what I consider to be one of the hardest-working councillors in the Gauteng region, Clr Samantha Nair.

She is an inspiration beyond words to my family and me, and we are honoured to have her as our councillor.
On numerous occasions, she has gone far beyond the call of duty to serve the residents of Mayberry Park and Palm Ridge.

There is no task too difficult or challenge too great for her. She consistently remains polite, approachable, caring and willing to go the extra mile whenever called upon.

I have had the privilege of meeting this remarkable leader, whom we regard as a giant of service in our community.

When we experienced a serious issue with a faulty municipal water meter on the municipal side, we were uncertain how to proceed.

Upon contacting Clr Nair, she immediately directed us to the appropriate officials, and the matter was addressed without delay.

This level of responsiveness and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.

I could continue at length in praising her work, but I trust this letter sufficiently conveys our gratitude.

Thank you for placing such a committed and capable councillor at our disposal.

As a retired pastor, I assure you that I will continue to pray to our Heavenly Father to grant you and the executive wisdom, strength and understanding as you lead with honesty and transparency.

I also commend your efforts to restore Johannesburg to its former glory and beyond.

May you be richly blessed in your leadership within the Johannesburg hub.
