Local gym offers fitness fun for all
New Redruth’s Alberton Sports and Fitness Club invites community members to a fun-filled family event to take place on November 25.
Come keep fit while enjoying a fun-packed programme during Alberton Sports and Fitness Club’s year-end family fun day event on November 25 at 27 Clinton Road.
The event, which is aimed at promoting healthy living, is open to the public from 08:30 till late.
Expect lots of fun and entertainment with numerous events such as aerobics, spinning, CrossFit, Zumba, and a weightlifting competition.
Kiddies’ rides, pedal boats, jumping castles, and food stalls will also be available. Bring a cooler box.
