Learners complete Midmar Mile

Congratulations to Hayley Losper, Jessica Losper, and Jade Mellett from Hoërskool Marais Viljoen High for participating in the aQuelle Midmar Mile, one of the world’s largest open-water swimming events, boasting about 16 000 participants.

Despite challenging weather and choppy waters, the three swimmers persevered to complete the mile.

“Well done to our swimming athletes, we are very proud,” said principal Dr Johlet Krause.
