Join SA Olympic Gym for winter aerobics
The session is guaranteed to be a fun-filled fat burning session for all to enjoy.
SA Olympic Gym will be hosting winter aerobic workout on May 4 at 07:00.
The workout will take place at the SA Olympic Gym in Alberton, 25 Heidelberg Avenue, Newmarket and entry is free.
Fitness instructor, Mxolisi Thango said: “This exercising and fitness event will benefit our community in starting a healthy lifestyle and motivate them to take care of their bodies.”
