Valhalla MMA Fitness Centre students win medals in national championships
Students from Valhalla MMA Fitness Centre made the club proud by winning silver and gold medal in the South African Judo Championships.
Valhalla MMA Fitness Centre participated in the South African Judo Championships, held in Bloemfontein from July 2 to 5.
Joe-Cole Kalil won gold in the U81kg male group five division, and Bernice Klassen won silver in the U77kg senior female division.
The club’s classes are on Mondays in Bassonia from 17:30 to 18:30 and on Tuesdays and Fridays at the Valhalla MMA Fitness Centre in Alberton from 18:30 to 19:30.
