Coach takes netball stars through their paces

ALEXANDRA – Schools netball season kicks off again

Pholosho Junior Secondary School took its star and new netball players through their paces recently as the school’s netball season kicked off.

They track to Three Square Sports Ground courts on scheduled days for after-school practice sessions for the U13, 14 and 15 years who are in grades 7 to 9.

Coach Philiswa Mcoyana said the practice sessions were essential. Seemingly on a mission to unearth new talent, Mcoyana said, “The players require polishing in readiness for various local and provincial competitions.”
