Football fans however think that the actual place that may be under threat is the FNB stadium where Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs will butt heads in the Soweto Derby.

This marks the first Soweto derby to be played in front of a crowd since the restrictions due to Covid-19. Consequently, the event organisers said on Tuesday, 25 October, the tickets have been sold out and a crowd of about 93,000 people is expected on the day.

Another crowd pulling event scheduled on the day is the coronation of King Misuzulu kaZwelithini at Moses Mabhida stadium, Durban.
