Greater Alexandra Chamber of Commerce president and founding shareholder of Alex Mall Mpho Motsumi has died.

It is believed he was shot in a hail of bullets in the East Bank section of Alexandra this afternoon [February 28].

Unconfirmed reports suggest that he was shot several times and died on the spot along with his bodyguard between 12:00 and 13:00 by occupants of a quantum vehicle using AK47s.
