The Alexandra Cluster Department of Social Development is searching for the father of Sandile Shawn Cebekhulu, born on 8 May 2010 and whose late mother was Samanta Sindi Cebekhulu.
His biological father is believed to be Sphiwe Masikana, whose whereabouts are unknown. Social workers are trying to foster the child after he was left in the care of his maternal grandmother.
