The Social Development Department is looking for Elias Kedibone Katane who is the biological father of Lesedi Josef Nkoana, born on 4 September 2013.
His biological mother, Disego Pretty Nkoana, passed away on 22 September 2015 and the child concerned is currently residing with his maternal grandparents, the Nkoanas, who reside in Alexandra.
