Author visits Modderfontein Library

Ms Joanne Macgregor, an author, visited the Modderfontein Library on May 30 to address members of the Friends of the Library.

She discussed two of her books written for young adults and a new psychological thriller for adults.

Visitors took copies of her books, especially after Ms Macgregor read aloud the first chapter of Dark Whispers.

The next talk at the library will take place on June 27. Ms Leanne Hunt will discuss her book Jozi Gold, a contemporary women’s fiction novel about infidelity and life-affirming choices.

Refreshments will be served at 9.30am and the talk will begin at 10am. The cost is R20 per person.
