Aerials hone their skills in Observatory

The girls, who train twice a week for three hours a day, use the gym at Sacred Heart College in Eckstein Street, in Observatory.

There is a lot of potential within the group, with some members representing the country in various competitions. The group also represented Central Gauteng in Level 2, 3,4,5,6 and 7.

Minenhle Twalo won Level 7 for Over 15, Sara Feldman won Level 6 for U/13 and Karishma Naicker came third in Level 5 U/13 at the South African Games recently held in Durban.

Sara Feldman will represent South Africa in the Zone 6 competition to be held in Zimbabwe in December.

The group is trained by Mrs Natallia Paizakis and have no other competitions lined up for this year.
