Toastmasters discuss super powers
The speakers of the day were Linda Wilkins (who completed her first speech), Darren Bergman, Theo Truter, Jonathan Silverberg and Michael Coyle who won the award for the best speaker for his speech titled 'Total Eclipse'.
The Modderfontein Breakfast Toastmasters Club met for its breakfast meeting at the Modderfontein Sports Club on November 23.
The theme of ‘My Secret Super Power’ was discussed. All the participants shared something special about their super powers. The speakers did not disappoint and worked on everyone’s imagination with the vibrant use of the English language.

Terry Burns won the award for his unprepared speech and Charles Strachan won the award for best evaluator.
Bring your funny hat for the last meeting of the year, the Christmas meeting, which will take place on December 7. It will begin at 8am for 8.30am.
